What does "good work" actually look like today?
Florian joins us to share insights from the Fair Work Initiative at the CREATIV CLUB AUSTRIA, who we're happy to call a partner and a key voice in Austria's creative industries. Since 1972, the CCA has represented and showcased the best of Austrian creativity, and through the Fair Work Initiative, they are exploring how the next generation of creatives experiences work, balance, and well-being.

Florian will highlight findings from the 2025 Student and Youngsters Survey, revealing what young creatives truly expect; from leadership culture to diversity, technology, and AI. The session is about listening, learning, and discovering what might need to shift so creative work can thrive sustainably.
