Gathering at Design Austria , surrounded by contemporary design work, added another layer to the morning. The space itself invited reflection. 

Together wieh Elli Schindler, we reflected on how design can move beyond individual authorship toward stronger networks. How collaboration is not a soft skill but infrastructure. How the future is a path of design depending on shared intention. 

Elli is a design manager and network builder advocating for a connected and visible design community. As Managing Director of designaustria and designforum Wien, she works to strengthen the role of design in shaping a more responsible, collaborative and future-oriented society. After 20 years in the creative industries Elli brings extensive experience in building partnerships, developing programmes and connecting actors across the design ecosystem.
